Solusi Optimasi Mandiri together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (individually and collectively referred to as "Optimasi Marketplace", "OPMP", "we" or "us"). Optimasi Marketplace takes its responsibilities under applicable privacy legislation (the "Privacy Laws") seriously and is committed to respecting the privacy rights and concerns of all Users of our Optimasi Marketplace Platform (the "Platform") (collectively, we refer to the Platform and the services we provide as described on our Site as the "Services"). We recognise the importance of the personal data you have entrusted to us and believe it is our responsibility to properly manage, protect and process your personal data. This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy" or "Policy") is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, disclose and/or process the personal data you have entrusted to us and/or that we hold about you, whether now or in the future, and to help you make an informed decision before providing us with your personal data.

1.2 "Personal Data" or "personal data" means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which an organisation has or is likely to have access. Common examples of personal data include names, identification numbers and contact information.

1.3 By using the Services, registering an account with us, visiting our Platform, or accessing the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you accept the practices, requirements and/or policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent to us collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your personal data as described herein. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES OR ACCESS OUR PLATFORM. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes or the amended Privacy Policy on our Platform. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.

1.4 This Policy applies in conjunction with any other notices, contractual clauses and consent clauses that apply in relation to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data by us, and is not intended to override those notices or clauses unless we state otherwise.

1.5 This Policy applies to buyers and sellers who use the Services unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.6 Scope: what this Privacy Policy covers

This single Privacy Policy applies to all of the following, and the word "Services" in this Policy means all of them together:

• the Optimasi Marketplace (OPMP) service itself, including the optimization, analysis, reporting and consulting services we provide to sellers, whether delivered online or by our team;
• your use of our website, including optimasimarketplace.com and its subdomains (the "Site");
• your use of our browser extensions, namely the Optimasi Marketplace ("OPMP") extension and the Growtica One extension (individually and collectively the "Extension"), including their popup, side panel and on-page features.

The Extension is a component of the Services and is operated by the same company, CV. Solusi Optimasi Mandiri. Section 6 below sets out additional information that applies specifically to the Extension.

2. WHEN WILL OPTIMASI MARKETPLACE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?

2.1 We will/may collect your personal data:

• When you register and/or use our Services or Platform, or open an account with us.
• When you submit information while using our Services or Platform, or submit any form, including but not limited to application forms or other forms relating to our products and services, whether online or in physical form.
• When you enter into an agreement or provide other documents or information in connection with your interactions with us, or when you use our products and services.
• When you interact with us, such as by telephone (which may be recorded), letter, fax, face-to-face meetings, social media platforms and email, chat applications such as WhatsApp, including when you interact with our customer service agents.
• When you use our electronic services, or interact with us through our application or use services on our Platform. This includes, without limitation, cookies we may use when you interact with our application or website.
• When you grant permission on your device to share information with our application or Platform.
• When you link your Optimasi Marketplace account to your social media or other external accounts, or use other social media features, subject to the provider’s policies.
• When you transact through our Services.
• When you submit feedback, suggestions or complaints to us.
• When you submit your personal data to us for any reason.

The list above is not intended to be exhaustive and sets out only some common examples of when your personal data may be collected.

2.2 We may collect your personal data from:

• You, our affiliates, third parties, and other sources, including but not limited to business partners (such as logistics or payment service providers), credit bureaus or rating agencies, marketing service providers or partners, referral or loyalty programmes, other users of our Services, or other publicly available or government-sourced data.

2.3 Providing the personal data of other individuals:

In certain situations, you may provide us with the personal data of other individuals (such as family members, friends or people in your contact list). If you provide us with their personal data, you represent and warrant that you have obtained their consent for their personal data to be processed in accordance with this Policy.

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WILL OPTIMASI MARKETPLACE COLLECT?

3.1 The personal data Optimasi Marketplace may collect includes but is not limited to:

• name;
• email address;
• store name;
• store address;
• bank account and payment information;
• phone number;
• information sent by or connected with the devices used to access our Services or Platform;
• the profile photo you upload;
• recordings of online sessions or interactions with customer service, which may be recorded for training or verification purposes;
• government-issued identification or other information required for our due diligence, know-your-customer, identity verification and/or fraud prevention purposes;
• any other information about the User when the User registers to use our Services or Platform, and when the User uses the Services or Platform, as well as information relating to how the User uses our Services or Platform;
• information or data relating to any party or individual not registered on the Platform that is provided by the User while using the Services;
• all data about the content used by the User.

3.2 You agree not to submit any inaccurate or misleading information to us, and you agree to notify us of any inaccuracies or changes to that information. We reserve the right at our discretion to require further documentation to verify the information you provide.

3.3 If you register as a user of our Platform using your social media account (a "Social Media Account"), link your Optimasi Marketplace account to your Social Media Account, or use any Optimasi Marketplace social media feature, we may access information about you that you have voluntarily provided to your Social Media Account provider in accordance with that provider’s policies, and we will manage and use such personal data in accordance with this Policy at all times.

3.4 To protect the security of users’ personal data, Optimasi Marketplace will mask and/or conceal recordings of online sessions used for promotional purposes or public materials, such as recorded customer support sessions. We will ensure that any recording used for such purposes does not disclose sensitive personal information or data that directly identifies a user.

3.5 If you do not wish us to collect the information/personal data described above, you may opt out at any time by notifying our Data Protection Officer in writing. Further information about opting out can be found in the section below titled "How can you withdraw consent, remove, request access to, or modify the information you have provided to us?". Please note, however, that opting out or withdrawing your consent for us to collect, use or process your personal data may affect your use of the Services and Platform.

4. Other Data Collection

4.1 Like most websites and mobile applications, your device sends information that may include data about you which can be logged by a web server when you use our Platform. This typically includes, without limitation, your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, computer/mobile device operating system and browser type, mobile device type, mobile device characteristics, unique device identifier (UDID) or mobile equipment identifier (MEID) of your mobile device, the address of any referring site, the pages you visit on our website and mobile application, the time of your visit, and sometimes a "cookie" (which can be disabled using your browser preferences) to help the site remember your last visit. If you are logged in, this information is associated with your personal account. Such information is also included in anonymous statistics that allow us to understand how visitors use our site.

4.2 As when you view pages on our website or mobile application, when you view content and advertisements and access other software on our Platform or through the Services, that information may be transmitted to us (including, without limitation, IP address, operating system and so on); however, instead of page views, your device sends us information about the content and advertisements viewed and/or software installed by the Services and Platform, along with the time.

5. Cookies

5.1 From time to time, we or our authorised service providers may use "cookies" or other features to enable us to collect or share information in connection with your use of the Services or Platform. These features help us improve the Platform and Services we offer, or help us offer new services and features. A "cookie" is an identifier stored on your computer or mobile device that records data about your computer or device, how and when the Services or Platform are used or visited, by how many people, and other activity within our Platform. We may link cookie information to personal data. Cookies are also linked to information about which items you have selected for purchase and which pages of the site you have viewed. This information is also used to track your shopping cart, to deliver content specific to your interests, to perform data analysis and to monitor use of our Services.

5.2 You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser or device. Please note, however, that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of our Platform or Services.

6. Our Browser Extensions (OPMP and Growtica One)

6.1 This Privacy Policy applies in full to the Optimasi Marketplace (OPMP) extension and the Growtica One extension. Both are published by CV. Solusi Optimasi Mandiri and are part of the Services described in this Policy.

6.2 The Extension only runs on the pages listed in its manifest: the Shopee seller and marketplace pages it supports, and our own optimasimarketplace.com pages. It does not read, monitor or collect data from other websites, other browser tabs, or your general browsing history, and it does not activate on pages outside those listed.

6.3 What the Extension accesses

While you are signed in to your own marketplace seller account and using the Extension, it may access:

• your store profile information shown on the seller dashboard, such as store name, store identifier and seller username;
• your product listing data, such as titles, descriptions, categories, prices, stock and images;
• your product, sales and traffic performance statistics and the reports your seller dashboard allows you to export;
• your advertising data, such as campaigns, keywords, bids, placements, budgets, spend and performance;
• the session identifiers of your existing marketplace login, used only so that the Extension can request the above data from the marketplace on your behalf, in the same session you are already signed in to;
• an authentication token issued by Optimasi Marketplace that identifies your Optimasi Marketplace account, stored in the browser’s local extension storage.

The Extension does not collect your marketplace password, does not log your keystrokes, and does not read payment card details.

6.4 How the Extension uses that data

The data above is used only to deliver the functionality you asked for: producing optimization analysis, recommendations and reports for your store, and applying the listing or advertising changes you explicitly instruct the Extension to apply. Data may be held in the browser’s local extension storage and/or transmitted over an encrypted connection to Optimasi Marketplace servers for processing, where it is handled in accordance with the rest of this Policy.

6.5 We do not sell your data. We do not transfer it to third parties for any purpose unrelated to the Services, and we do not use or transfer it for advertising networks, credit scoring, lending, or to build profiles unrelated to the optimization of your own store.

6.6 You may stop the Extension collecting data at any time by signing out of it, disabling it, or removing it from your browser. Removing the Extension deletes the data held in its local browser storage. To request deletion of data already processed on our servers, please use the contact details in section 12 of this Policy.

7. How Do We Use the Information You Provide to Us?

7.1 We use your personal data to support performance analysis and marketing strategy advisory services for marketplace sellers. The purposes for which your personal data is used include:

• Analysis and Assessment: Processing data to evaluate sales performance and provide data-driven insights to sellers so they can improve their business strategy.
• Personalisation: Providing marketing strategy recommendations tailored to your needs and target market.
• Communication: Contacting you to deliver performance reports, advice and information related to our services.
• Service Improvement: Using your data to develop, optimise and improve our services so they are more relevant to your needs.
• Legal Compliance: Meeting applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

7.2 You acknowledge and agree that we may store, process and disclose your data where required by law, to protect rights, safety and mutual interests, or to support the operation of the service in accordance with this privacy policy.

7.3 Where there is any other purpose not listed above, we will notify you and seek your consent before the data is used, unless the processing is permitted by law without requiring your consent.

8. How Do We Protect and Store User Information?

8.1 We take a range of security measures to protect your personal data. Data is stored on secure networks and is accessible only to a small number of employees with special access rights. However, we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

8.2 We retain personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the Privacy Laws. Personal data will be destroyed or anonymised where:

• The purpose for which the personal data was collected has been achieved and the data is no longer required.
• Retention of the data is not required for any legal or business purpose.
• There is no legal obligation to retain the data further.

If you stop using our services or your consent is withdrawn, we may continue to store, use and/or disclose your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may securely dispose of your personal data without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

9. Do We Disclose Your Information to Outside Parties?

9.1 We may need to disclose your personal data to service providers, affiliates and other third parties inside or outside Indonesia to support our business purposes. We ensure those parties safeguard your data in accordance with applicable law.

• Third parties include affiliates, service providers, government authorities, or parties involved in business transactions with us.
• Statistical and demographic information may also be shared with marketing or programme partners.

9.2 Optimasi Marketplace uses safeguards to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee absolute security given the potential risk of hacking or misuse of data by outside parties.

9.3 Admins are required to protect buyer data, not to use data for purposes outside the service, and to report any potential data breach.

10. Disclaimer Regarding Security and Third-Party Sites

10.1 We do not guarantee the security of personal data you provide on third-party sites. We have implemented security measures, including data encryption and restricted access to our systems, to protect your data. However, the handling of personal data on third-party sites is beyond our control.

10.2 Our Platform may link to third-party sites to provide added value to users. Those sites have their own privacy policies and security arrangements. We are not responsible for data collected by third-party sites, even where those sites are linked to us.

10.3 We are not responsible for the content, security or activity of linked third-party sites. Users access third-party sites at their own risk. We nevertheless welcome feedback regarding the links or the integrity of third-party sites connected to our Platform.

11. Will Optimasi Marketplace Transfer Your Information Overseas?

11.1 Your personal data and/or information may be transferred, stored or processed outside your country for one or more of the Purposes. Optimasi Marketplace will only transfer your information overseas in accordance with the Privacy Laws.

12. User Rights and How You Can Withdraw Consent, Request Access to, or Correct the Information You Have Provided to Us

12.1 User Rights

12.1.1 Right of Access to, Obtaining and Correcting Personal Data

Users have the right to obtain information about the basis and purpose of the use of their Personal Data, to access and obtain a copy of their Personal Data, and to correct errors in their Personal Data in accordance with applicable regulations.

12.1.2 Right to End Processing, Delete Personal Data and Withdraw Consent

Users have the right to end processing, delete their Personal Data, or withdraw consent relating to the processing of Personal Data in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.

12.1.3 Right to Object to Profiling

Users have the right to object to decision-making based on automated processing, including profiling, that has a significant effect on the user.

12.1.4 Right to Suspend or Restrict the Processing of Personal Data

Users may suspend or restrict the processing of their Personal Data so that it is processed only for the purposes consented to.

12.2 Withdrawing Consent

We reserve the right to charge a fee for handling your personal data access request in accordance with applicable regulations. We will also update or correct your personal data upon request, unless applicable regulations provide otherwise.
